Dennis Donahue is a partner and 30-year veteran of residential real estate. With experience in single- and multi-family home sales, new construction, and general realty, he provides advanced training for Center City Realty agents, as well as advice and counsel for CCR clients. Noted for his personable style and well-informed insight, Dennis uses his communications skills as a national motivational speaker and trainer for real estate and lending professionals, and is a frequently sought contributor to industry publications. Carmelita moved to the Charlotte area after spending nine years in Atlanta, Georgia. She obtained a bachelor's degree in hospitality administration while playing for the women's basketball team at Georgia State University. Upon graduation, she served as the team's travel coordinator and radio color commentator for the Lady Panthers.

Lisa M. Lee a native of Ohio and mother of three made Charlotte her home in 1997. Charlotte is more than just a home to Lisa and her family, she has spent a great deal of time learning about the area and showcasing it to visitors from around the world.

Corey was born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Bozeman, Montana. He moved to Charlotte in 1995 and attended college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. It was at this time that Corey decided to pursue teaching. In 2000 Corey began teaching in Uptown Charlotte at Community Charter Elementary School. While living and working in the Uptown area, Corey has been able to become familiar with much of what the city's neighborhoods have to offer. After getting married and having a son, Corey decided to make a career change and become a Realtor. Doug has a Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College, a Master’s degree from the University of Florida and was a manager with BellSouth before retiring early. Doug was a licensed Realtor in Florida before moving to Charlotte, nine years ago. He and his wife are experienced real estate investors. Doug is currently the President of the Homeowner’s Association at “The Ratcliffe”, one of Charlotte’s premier Uptown condominiums. He has lived in condominiums for the past 25 years and consequently is very experienced with Uptown living and condominium life in general. Doug takes pride is staying fit and has completed the Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon. Doug believes that if you treat people the way you would like to be treated, you will be successful.
